What we collect

Only what you give us in the site's forms: name, email, phone, company, revenue band, sector, categories of interest and your message.

The site uses no tracking cookies and no web analytics.

Purpose and legal basis

We process your details to respond to your request and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent and steps prior to entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and (b)).

Retention

We keep your details for as long as needed to respond and for a possible engagement. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Recipients

Our website hosting provider and our form service provider, as processors. The list is available on request. We do not sell or share data for advertising.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and to withdraw your consent. Write to hello@valuesync.gr.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

Platform client data

Data we process on behalf of clients in the platform is governed by each client's data-processing agreement (DPA). See the Security page.
